I bought this to roll my cookie dough. Works great doesn’t slip on my counter top. Great for cookies or to use as a hot plate folds nicely to put away. Wipes clean. Not sticky. Comes with a plastic dough cutter. A must have for your kitchen.I had a smaller one and needed a larger one for pizza crusts. This is as expected, the pastry cutter that was in the package was a nice surprise. I didn't know when I ordered it that it was included. ThanksPerfect for my needsLove it as a surface area to have a designated area for baking. And it is super easy to clean and I let it air dry. Just be beware that if you have sticky dough, such as sourdough for bread baking, it does not really work, because the product will lift up with the dough when trying to knead.Great Mat!Limited counter space; this works well and does not slide.I bought this to use on top of my tile island top to knead bread dough. The only complaint I have is that if I don't have enough flour down on the surface and the dough sticks to it, the whole mat slides and rolls up while I'm kneading the dough. Then I have to stop, straighten it out and start again. Otherwise it's a great size and easy to clean. Good price as wellThis is so much nicer than other mats I have used—it lays flat for use, can be draped over something after washing it to dry. I love it!!!The dough scraper was not included
