Great soap. Lite smell and does not bother my super sensitive skin. This brand makes some really good soap - so while I'm giving this particular one 4 stars, it's in comparison to themselves, not to other brands. Compared to most other brands, they're 5 stars. So why is this one a notch below the others they make that I've tried (I think I've tried 3 others)..?I like the scents of the others, and while this one is advertised as unscented, I do like the scents of the others more - but certainly not the reason why it's a little less than the other ones. The texture, however - I suppose texture + lather - I had expected this goat milk w/ clay one to have a smooth texture with a smooth, thick lather. It didn't really have either. In fact, the same drawback of all Turner & Addie soaps is here, too: the soap is a solid, angular square, making lathering it up when it's new a bit more difficult than a rounded-edge rectangle. It still washes well, rinses easily, and leaves your skin feeling great, but I'd recommend this over their other soaps only if you have very sensitive skin. Great soap overall - be sure to try their other ones, too!I got this to sit aside my kitchen sink for handwashing. My teens don't use it, but I like it. The artisan natural bar soap is a solid, light beige-colored 5oz block. Not sure why, but the images on the sales site say 4oz, but my packaging states 5. Either way, it is a suitably large bar of soap. It will likely last me a few months, even with daily use, given the size. Makes it a great deal for $7. And I like the clever backstory of made for teens by teens here in the US. Something I would buy again. This bar does come in other variants with scents, but I need the fragrance-free one.It has no discernable scent, which is great because I'm scent-sensitive, as well as product sensitive, and like things to be as simple and unadulterated as possible. The product says unscented goat milk and shea butter. While it is a hint awkward to hold when I begin to lather, I do manage to get suds. I don't think I'd have a problem using this on my body, given the skin-friendly suitability of the short, gentle ingredient list. I just prefer to use this as a hand soap. It isn't drying or stripping. It isn't chemically enhanced for anti-bacterial or other unnecessary nonsense. Sidebar: The friction of handwashing with suds, by the way, is the actual vehicle that is cleaning your skin, not necessarily the anti-bacterial additives, found in many soaps, which are terrible for the environment and promote antibiotic resistance. Washing my hands with this bar of soap is just as effective as a cleansing agent as any other type of soap. The key is how long you wash and how thorough you are. I'll get off my soap box' now. I just feel it is important to note simple soaps like this one are great to use from head to toe and just as effective for hygiene and cleanliness. Very gentle and I think suitable for all skin types.I'm certainly on the bandwagon of natural soaps. I appreciate a good natural bar, and have been using them quite a bit for my showers for the last little while. This goat soap, has certainly given me a nice shower experience. It is unscented, which is totally fine by me. It lathers well and and leaves me nicely hydrated. I wish the bar had a little bit more contour to it, then being a brick shape , but after a few showers and a couple of uses, the bar will I guess begin to take the contours that you provide it with your hand and body. Besides that, I have absolutely no complaints about this bar. It gives me a nice shower experience and cleans very well. It lathers well, and keeps me hydrated like I mentioned before, so I would certainly recommend it to those who like using natural bars of soap. All in all a nice product.I like that this is unscented, it's basically your traditional natural goat soap with a cute star on it. I appreciate the story behind the brother/sister team as well. This foams up pretty well, smells neutral, and I really like the clean ingredients. Clearly adults can benefit from this soap as well- the little slogan "NO ADULTS ALLOWED" is weird to me as that could be alienating to a lot of potential consumers. The market team might want to rethink that because you know, adults are usually the ones buying soap for their smelly kids. And with that in mind, I'm going to be using this in my adulty shower where no kids are allowed. But for real, this is a great product and I hope these young entrepreneurs come up with more clean/natural products.Although I would have loved for this one to have a nice buttery, nutty scent of the shea butter I didn’t mind that it is unscented. This chunk of soap will last quite a while. At first it is hard to grasp on to in the shower because of its square shape but as it gets smaller it will be easier. I enjoyed my shower using this soap. My skin did not feel dry or as if it had stripped all the oils yet I felt clean. Good soap. These are cute bars of soap. The little star is so cute and it feels good to use soap that is good for you and made with care. The soap itself is very nourishing on my skin and it feels so soft after use. Smells amazing!!This is a great soap with no scent. If you don't want a soup with a scent since it will interfere with your perfume or cologne, this is it. Great moisturizing and includes shea butter is no chemicals. PLUS you get a free sticker with every bar custom designed by a teen artist.
