Great taste-addicting. Great to get the day started. Like the protein and fiber count. However Sam's Club has a comparable product-different brand, less expensive and just as goodThis did not satisfy my hunger at all. It was like chocolate milk, not a shake. Tasty but I would have it with fruit or raw veggies to fill up.This is an excellent protein supplement if you don't eat meat, but like chocolate milk.GreatGreat lunch substituteThis stuff works to help lose or maintain weight and it doesn't taste like a protein drink. It tastes more like a light milk shake.Arrived in great shapeI gave these "protein" shakes a fair try after reading many reviews on various websites about them.I took three days, trying them once each at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, working them into my 1600 calorie diet, to see where in the day they would be the most effective at staving off hunger.PROS:-Taste better than Slim Fast shakes with the same calories (190) and no tinny taste.-A good alternative to a chocolatey treat that would be even higher in calories.CONS:-A cup of cottage cheese has more protein than this shake. (More on that later)-The amount of sugar, though less than your average chocolately snack or drink, is substantial when you're trying to watch that sort of thing. My findings:First of all, drink it cold.I first tried drinking it with my breakfast. Tummy grumbling by 9am.The next day, I tried it with my lunch. It worked well.Day Three I drank it after dinner, and it quenched my end of the day chocolate craving.I retried breakfast as it's the easist place for me to squeeze in 190 calories, and paired it with my protein rich cottage cheese and voila, a protein packed breakfast that lasts me til lunch.Overall, although it bids itself as a "protein" shake, it's not. But it's saving grace is that many of us calorie counters have a little chocolate treat with some protein and fiber in there.
