Works well for pastry. I wouldn't use it for applications that have to have perfectly straight lines. True, the wheels to wobble a bit. Maybe this could be lessened by tightening the screws on the wheels if you have an offset screwdriver but if you make the wheels too tight they will not roll. In my opinion, it works fine for its intended purpose of cutting breadsticks, dough strips, (before proofing) puff pastry (before baking), or baked shallow sheet cakes/brownies. But if you purchase this brand for precision cutting absolutely perfect straight lines, you'll be disappointed. It's a great general tool for cutting soft items into pretty straight strips. The rolling wheel blades are very sharp and therefore this cutter should be stored in its original box in your drawer so you don't accidentally cut yourself when reaching in.I personally like it and use it for cutting puff pastry into strips and making sweet pastry twists. It works perfectly for that.
