Description
Free Form SCULPT is a two part sculptable epoxy clay that requires no firing and will self-cure in a short time to an extremely hard and durable state with virtually no shrinkage. SCULPT is 30% lighter than similar products and holds vertical surfaces better. Users can sculpt larger, stronger pieces with more control over weight distribution. Free Form SCULPT has an ultra fine particle size that gives the user the ability to sculpt finer detail with better precision using tools or shaping by hand. A mirror-like, gloss finish can be achieved by smoothing SCULPT with Free Form Detailer before it cures. Parts A & B are mixed in equal amounts by hand. Working time is a long 1.5 hours and Free Form SCULPT cures overnight to a hard, rigid epoxy that is very strong and waterproof. SCULPT is easily colored by adding SO-Strong color tints to create marble or other effects. Cured putty is easily painted with acrylic paints. Free Form SCULPT does not contain crystalline silica (which is a known carcinogen). It can be safely sanded, shaped, and painted. Used as a repair adhesive, Free Form SCULPT will bond to itself and a variety of surfaces including wood, metal, glass, stone, and concrete. Free Form SCULPT will even cure under water.

Shipped in an envelope. Packaging was just two tubs shrink wrapped with a small band at the lids, not wide enough to keep together and definitely not strong enough to survive shipping without padding and a box. Absolute garbage and outdated the lighter color part is a hot second away from being harder than jade on the mohs scale and the gray part is so soft it just squishes ar9und the hard white chunk of putty. $54 I think and zero valueIts okay to use... but the problem I have with it is the product is very sticky. If I can just tame the stickiness then I can really make cool stuff out of it and it would be excellent. To compare it to Apoxy Sculpt I would say Apoxy is easier to work with. The good thing about free Form Epoxy is that you can get it really smooth with water. I'm still going to experiment with it to see how to best use it. You do get a lot of the material to work with for a good price. I find that I can make a basic shape with it then with Apoxy sculpt I can add the remaining details. Use Wax paper when working with it you do not want this to stick to the table plus you should wear latex or vinyl gloves when handling it. I'm going to try to see if maybe some plaster will decrease the stickiness... So I'm still experimenting with it.I found this product fairly easy to use but I did rely on a YouTube video to walk me through. Guidance is important because it’s not obvious how to work with this product. Attached photos show “Before” and “After” repair.Great product will order again! ????????But it works great! Honestly my favorite thing for patching or adding to resin casts, and it's my go-to for making customized toys.Just never use it with your bare hands! I highly recommend ordering some close/tight-fitting tattooist gloves to use while working with it.Nice product....lots of strength needed in kneading the 2 together....expensive unless you want true water proofing for outside statueEasy to work with, easy to clean, dries nice and is very strong. This stuff is awful, I’m returning it. One part is so hard it was difficult to get out of the container. Then it was so sticky it was difficult to use (and I’m a sculptor). It kind of sagged on the form, and 2 days later there are still sticky spots on it. It’s a mess.
