Ok, off the top, the Xtra Milk scented soap is probably the best smelling soap I've ever used.It's delicate and distinguished.That sounds pretentious but here's what I mean: the smell isn't overpowering. I normally dislike stuff that's too scented, but this has the perfect amount of "I can smell it." It's not so delicate that I can barely detect it, yet it isn't so over the top that it gives me a headache.So that's how the "level" of scent is, but it's the actual fragrance that makes this soap so great. It's feminine and floral, but there's an undercurrent of something (maybe the musk?) that balances the whole thing. After washing and drying my hands, I find myself occasionally smelling my hands to enjoy the scent of this stuff. Probably makes me look weird in public, but I'm ok with that.The 2oz bottle unfortunately doesn't come with a pump, so you have to wiggle it out of the container.The container isn't plastic, so that's a win for the environment, but it also means you can't cut the bottle open when you run low in order to use up the rest.And lastly, the performance of the soap: the soap is thick and lathers well. Cleans my hands without giving them that dry, stretched-out-skin feeling.All in all, I love love love this soap. The quality ingredients they use in it make the price make sense. In other words, it's a premium product with a premium price tag. If I was gonna purchase this at this pricepoint (the 16oz pouch of soap is $35 at the time of this review), I'd only be able to justify it if I also used it as a body soap.
