This wisk makes bread and other items that the traditional wisk food gets caught in!!We totally love itUse this for baking and love it. The handle is bigger than most whisks and it doesn’t get clumps stuck in it.I’ve had mine since I was in my early 20’s and still love it!- at that time you could only purchase it in specially kitchen stores in my area and they weren’t cheap.
