These Danish Whisks are the absolute BEST whisk ever! I use mine all the time! It’s pretty much my go to kitchen utensil. It is great for any dough, pancake batter, meatloaf, potato salad, mashed potatoes, egg salad, chicken salad, shrimp salad, any salad, etc… You can use it pretty much for anything you mix by hand! — it keeps your hands free of getting all mushy dirty - especially meatloaf! It is so cool. I’ve given one to several friends and family just because it’s that good and I wanted to share this wonderful whisk! Also it goes through your foods without smashing it all up! You can smash it if you want to by turning it on its edge, but most things you don’t want all smashed up! You want to have some chunks. OMgosh it is the best! It’s very easy to wash by hand as recommended probably because of the wooden handle; just place a drop of soap and rub it between your hands, rinse and done! Love it! Highly recommend.So much easier to use making pizza dough. I usually use my big Kitchen Aid mixer but this worked out great. A little difficult to clean where the twists interlock but I still love itI first saw these a couple of months ago and have always used wire whisks but sick of always cleaning them out. I bought these to try and I am very impressed by how well they are made. I think they will be perfect for batters and breads but my favorite use is making soups and things that need constant stirring while cooking. Today I used one for making lasagna sauce and the other for chili. I liked them so much I ordered 3 more to give to my three girls for their kitchens. They clean up very easily and fit flat in my kitchen drawer. I would highly recommend these to others. They are not expensive and are packaged neatly in a box for gift wrapping.This is not only for bread. I use it to whip eggs, cake batter, mix salad dressings. Handle is thick for good grip and comfortable feel.This Danish dough whisk is pretty great! You get two whisks and the cutting tool. The handles are long and sturdy, which is great for stiffer and heavier doughs. The only negative is that where the metal and the wood meet is not covered, as seen in the picture. This means that the dough is getting down in the hole. It comes clean, but sealing that area would make this a cleaner product. That’s the only negative on this whisk. I really like it!Mixing sourdough breadI love it, it eliminates all of the hand contact with the sticky ball of dough while it pulls the dough together faster. It is amazing and makes bread making so much better! A must have for all of those bakers out there! You won’t regret this purchase.Mixes very well, like better than thin wire wisks. Finalmente compré este set porque le precio me pareció muy bueno.La calidad es excelente, el mango es grande y se siente muy bien. Es increíble pero practicante no se le pega nada de masa cuando lo usas y es súper fácil de limpiar.La masa se mezcla muy rápido y fácil con este instrumento.
