I got the red 16"x 20", it's a nice size for protecting the countertop and working with dough, but too big to use on a baking sheet or jelly roll pan, and it seems like good thickness. It came folded but as soon as I unpacked it the creases disappeared. It came with a little black hair tie, a plastic bowl scraper and a little note from the company stating that I could contact them anytime any problem occurred.I use it for kneading/rolling dough for pizza and fresh pasta and it works very good. It sticks to the counter and dough doesn't stick to it. I do add a little bit of flour but not much, and any dough that may stick lightly comes off pretty easy.It cleans well with a damp cloth, but I prefer to wash it especially after making fresh pasta dough with eggs. I fold it in 4 in order to have it fit in the sink and then wash each quarter. Normally let it drip dry on the dish drainer and then I store attached to the side of my fridge. Yes, it sticks there and doesn't slide off.When I first got it started to watch it closely and notice some strands that appeared to be coming of from the edges but it hasn't progressed at all and I haven't noticed any more unraveling.Overall, very happy with my purchase.I had a plastic mat like this while back but it was very stiff and it moved on the counter alot. But this one WOW! It lays out flat even though I keep it rolled up while not in use and whatever the material is - it "sticks" to the counter top and doesn't move while kneading! Even the top side, some tiny tiny little pok spots (for lack of better way to describe!) means you don't have to use as much flour as this finish helps keep the dough from sticking. I don't do pies so the circle measurements are not anything I need but they are on there and look like they won't be coming off any time soon or off on the dough. They are dark and readable and really look nice. Cleans very nicely. It says you can roll or fold the mat - I just prefer to roll.I bought this mat for my daughter to use on her 4H projects. She used it roll out fondant and it worked so well! She kept thanking me for buying it. This made cake decorating so much easier. We love the size and measurements.Very easy to clean. My dough did stick, and it claims that it won't stick.Big enough to cover my entire work surface, but folds up to put away in the cupboard. Love that it stays in place. Lots of space to keep bowls on and still plenty of room to roll out dough.Love this silicon mat. I had always used a wooden cutting board that had the pie sizes on it but it slides around and it’s heavy. This mat is so easy. It rolls up stores nicely, rinses off and is super grippy on my quartz counters. Love it!Pastry mat is as advertisedThis gray pastry mat is very good. I was a bit worried that it would be creased, as it arrived folded. After opening, I spread it out on the countertop, and all folds disappeared. J'ai pris le plus grand et je ne le regrette pas.I have been making sourdough bread of late and it can be a sticky mess. I tried youtubers method of a metal scraper on my wooden kitchen table-took the varnish off and was a mess. My kitchen counters are textured, so that was even messier. I was so glad I saw one video where someone was using this mat-I had no idea this was a thing! It is sooooo much easier to use and clean. I do however only use the nylon scrapers on this, the metal bench scrapers would destroy this over time. I wish I had known about this sooner-get it, you wont regret it.This silicone pastry mat is for all the pie and tart bakers.I didn’t rate the heat resistance as yet as I have not tried that feature. I trust that it is what the company claims.I used it the first time to knead some bread dough, and didn’t like the tacky feel. I had to use a lot of flour to keep the dough from sticking to the mat.As pie dough has some grease in the dough, it makes it easier to use for rolling it out. Not much extra flour needed.I like the size of this mat, lots of space to keep flour off the counter top.I bought this for my husband who loves baking. He use to work on the kitchen counter for kneading but it gets messy all the time. Now, He uses this silicone mat mainly for that purpose and he loves it. Use less flour, less messy, and baking got way easier and better. He loves the cutting scraper as well. It comes with the elastic to hold the rolled mat.I actually bought this item for my mom, from what I can tell so far, she loves it.The mat is true to size, thick and it is a non slip mat which my mom really likes. My mom keeps comparing this mat to my aunt's and apparently the discription for my aunt's mat was the same as this one but quality of this mat is much higher.All in all, my mom LOVES this mat and the dough scraper thingy that it comes with. She talks about it all the time and I've been getting more baked treats since so it's a thumbs up and 5 stars from me :)Great product!
