If you've been reading these reviews, chances are you've read that this product is just on the left side of Satan. LOL. I also have a few things to share about this product.-I bought it, so this isn't a paid review.-This is an honest and thoughtful review. More than I can say about most of them up here that give negative reviews.On to the review. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It makes coffee. It makes espresso. It has steam.And now, my counters to all of the silly mentions up here:Someone mentioned that they were upset because there wasn't a drip tray under the brewed coffee side - it's on the right. They complained (whined) that it dripped and splashed water everywhere. If you read the label right there, it says to use a 12-20 ounce travel mug to avoid the splashing. Who'd have thunk it? Put a tall cup under there and viola! No splashy.Someone else said that this was a good unit for boomers who have no standards. Come here and say that to my face, baby girl. I'll show you who has no standards, and it's not the boomers, BTW. You Idiot.Yet another person complained that their coffee wasn't hot. Hmm. Mine was hot. But when I left it sitting there for 15 minutes while I put makeup on, it got cold. So that's the unit's fault, obviously, because I have NO culpability in this process. It wasn't MY fault after all, that I got distracted. It was the coffee maker that made me do it.And lastly, someone else moaned about how it was so hard to figure out how to use this. They spent precious time googling around for instructions. Why didn't they just read the USERS MANUAL that came with it? Seriously, what is WRONG with people these days??? DUHHHHHH.There is absolutely nothing, not a thing, wrong with this espresso/coffee maker. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is inexpensive, compact, and fits well under low cabinets.Don't pass up on this product. Reviews are only as good as the people who make them. That should tell you just about everything you need to know.
