Bought for my mom. She loved it. Very solid and well built. Quality metal. I had seen the price of these elsewhere upward of $100, but Amazon had this much cheaper and we couldn't be happier. The scissors-like action allows spreading the width between cutters to adjust to the pan size (or smaller if you want to make two parallel passes in a big pan, for narrower cuts).
