Overall I definitely found using this product helps keep away clogged ducts and let’s out more milk. It’s easy to charge and use. The massaging vibrations are a little intense for me. And I wish that the whole thing got warm. It’s not enough warmth for me. I’ll continue to use it but would try something else next time.But takes a while to heat up...Edit to add: the seller messaged me directly to resolve the issue. They are processing my refund. I appreciate them being diligent! Would possibly order from them in the future solely based on the great customer service. So added 2 stars for their great communication.I ordered this product with high expectations since it was something I desperately needed for my breastfeeding journey and I was extremely disappointed when I received it and charged it for 24+ hours and it would still not turn on.
