This is a great product!! Flexible enough to scrape bowls out!! But hard enough to cut dough!More reasonably priced than any others. You can scrape up crumbs off the table. Easy toclean. Lasts a long time! Very tough material! I gave a few as gifts!Highly recommend!!!!
