I bought this for my husband and he uses it almost daily. It’s durable, easy to wash, and is great for anyone who wants to practice coffee art.Works fine for its purpose, but mine was missing the pen so I have to use my metal chopsticks to try and make designs. It's fine if I make one for myself, but doesn't look as fancy if I do it for a guest or want someone else to try it outThis is just what I expected. Nice quality at a low price! I use it multiple times a day. Perfect size for my needs. (1 or 2 shot cappuccino.)This is a great item for frothing. Easy to clean and store.This works well for my needs with my espresso machine. Just wish the ml numbers were more clearly marked. Hard to see the lower numbers in the cupVery sturdy. Will be used to pour espresso coffee in it for sweetening.I’ll start with the negatives because while only minor are worth noting. The product images include an etched logo on the jug and mine arrived in a generic white box and the jug is generic looking as well with no branding whatsoever. To be honest I prefer this as the logo looks tacky however it is a surprise nonetheless. Further to this there seem to be some burn weld marks around the handle that can’t be cleaned off - a minor defect that is acceptible at this price point but a defect nonetheless. I’ve added photos of this.Onto the positives. The jug is weighty with what feels like a very dense and durable metal. The marking indications inside the jug are sufficiently bold and easy to read. The polished finish is of high quality with minimal defects.Overall I’m happy with the purchase but am knocking a star off due to the imperfections and difference with the listing.great quality product, easy to wash and does meet expectationsI like it so easy to clean
