I received a Voluspa Candle in Milk Rose and although the candle smells lovely and is in good condition, there is no wick and I'm unable to light it. I've contacted Home & House twice now and haven't received a response. Unfortunately the Amazon return center is a 30 minute drive from my home and this is almost more of an inconvenience to return than it is just to keep the candle.
