I have more questions to the seller, but is no possibility to contact.Is this the pnly way to comunicate? Wow! that's easy to spent several thousands of dollars withaut knowing exactly what (the *) you are buying.Machine looks like it's I want, but a lot of information is missing, for example; what type of dough hook is used? (aluminum or SS304, SS316?)I can't accept aluminum, I need stainless steel only. Is there possibility to get spare important parts? - in this case hooks and mixing ones.Where is pictures and descriptions of those ...??? What about you - you're manufacturing or just a reseller?
