I've tried premade crusts and packaged mixes. This is my favorite crust for family pizza night. Just add warm water and set aside to rise for 30 min or so, no need to pre-bake prior to adding toppings. I use two packs for my big pizza pan and the crust is always nice and doughy. Love it!!Flavor is good, I let it rise for hours and then put it on a floured surface to roll out.Does not make a large pizza but is fine for 2 people.This was delicious and easy to prepare. Was worried I'd have a box of packages if it didn't work or taste good. I let it sit just over an hour (at ~65 degrees and 6500'). Just moved back to high altitude so also trying to remember what I need to do.Used with some cheese and a jar of sauce from grocery store along with turkey pepperoni and a bit of basil.Took a bit longer (5-10 min) than I expected (I also wasn't sure about the bottom rack cooking). I think some of the extra time came from my not knowing how to use the convection oven yet (had a blocking pan on an unused rack).At any rate, pizza came out great and tasted great.
