Immediate response via email when I contacted them. After a few months use, the "Brewmaster" single cup coffee maker would not send all the water through the brew process, requiring a second touch of the start button to finish. Within a few days, they replaced the machine AND frother (which worked fine) without requiring return of the defective one. The support team also emailed me a copy of the users manual, pointing out instructions that I had questions on, as well as a "recipe" pdf booklet.I am very happy with this purchase!Had read reviews and thought I would give it a try for the price, why not. Was getting tired of spending 8 dollars for a cup of coffee. Everyone in the house is extremely happy with it.Saw on a review that coffee drips through sides as its brewing, its because the steamer button is on while brewing. Turn it off when brewing and it works perfect.Its meant for small cups. So what my son figured out is to take drip grid and drip pan out and place cup in well then put coffee grinder arm in, then brew. Then take arm off and then take cup out ..I know its has some steps involved but again, The coffee is so much worth it. Hope this helps.Read the questions section to know how to clean the device properly because the whole steamer issue is a real issue but it's not a huge issue to let the steam come out with all the switches off after your done using it to clear out the build up. That's about all you need to know :)My first espresso machine was a hamilton beach one. While I got about 2 years of use out of it, I opted to try this one out when that one broke. Not only is the description more detailed, it's leas expensive and I prefer this one. It's much faster than the other one was, it get more consistent foam with the shots pulled. The literal only thing i would change would be the ability to fit a bigger cup. But realistically if that's the only complaint it's not about to detract from how much more I like this one.At first this was exactly as advertised. Then the frother started acting like it was getting no power. My husband was kind enough to take the frother stand apart and dry it out but it was full of corrosion. I’ve never submerged it or washed it in any way other than instructed in Manuel.Finally got it working again as far as power but now it won’t froth. Just over two months and it’s apparently shot! Would NOT recommend!!!It blends the coffee very well and the heated top is perfect for heating the mug up before pouring the coffee. It does take a while to heat up which makes it a little wait to use the steamer, but once heated up it’s a perfect way to get foamy milk!Buen precio y hace el café bien rápido. Excelente producto.People with barista experience probably understand how to use this. People with limited or no experience probably need better instructions, or more trial and error patience. I am able to make a nice shot and steam some milk so there's hope for me yet with this one. Could it be easier? Yes! Could it be more complicated? You bet! It works though... user error is most likely to play, but the instructions are lacking
