I'm not used to using something like this at all. So I'll need to practice with it more. Thought it would be perfect for traveling, camping or when I'm lazy and don't want to deal with a lot of dishes. It keeps everything inside. Though I'm so confused on how to properly tie it with the two or three silicone pieces. It works great.Way better than other bags for sous vide. No waste like with disposable bags, and no annoying zip to close. Just leave the bag hanging over the edge of the container. The perfect thickness too: not so thin that I'm worried about it breaking, and not so thick that sous vide time is lengthened.Love the bag, makes dough making less messy. Item came quick, and as advertised. Only suggestion would be to include instructions/info in the box in english. The entire box and instructions are in Chinese or Japanese. So there is one piece to the bag and have no idea what its function is.
