WHAT IS OKARA? Okara is a byproduct generated during the production of tofu or soy milk, using soybeans as the raw material. It is a familiar food in East Asia, including Japan, China, and Korea, where tofu is prevalent. It contains a high amount of dietary fiber and protein, and recently, it has gained attention not only for its nutritional value but also from the perspective of reducing food waste. NO ANIMAL PROTEIN USED 60% of the ingredients are okara and 10% is soy milk, allowing you to savor the rich taste of soybeans. The other ingredients are also carefully selected.
