I'm glad I ordered it and it arrived in a timely fashion. Like many others, over the years I had tried electric and manual milk frothers and was always disappointed with the results. I'm not a fanatic about having to have cappucinos or lattes, I'm quite contented to drink coffee black, anywhere from a premium blend I grind myself to the cheapest instant, give me that caffeine! There's no doubt, however, cappuccinos are a special treat.(I understand some peoples' concerns with packaged milk-disc frothers for their cup-brewers, but I've used them with no shame, but find the marketing of them bulky and expensive.) I came here to Amazon looking for something with good reviews, was inexpensive, wouldn't clutter my kitchen, and would do the job. I settled on battery operated frothers, and went back and forth reading reviews, and kept having to come back to this Cuissential SlickFroth. I went on YouTube and watched several demonstations, as, lets face it, a battery operated small device could be a piece of junk, or breakable or something. I was as impressed as were the reviewers. This worked like a charm the first time I tried it, but you do need a glass or cup that is vertical rather than wide, so that you can fill it just to a third of its capacity with a minimal amount of hot milk--I microwave the vessel with milk for 30 secs.-- but allowing enough room for the whipping wand to move up and down, staying under the surface of the rapidly frothing milk. As promised, before or within two minutes, and usually before, you've got this amazingly frothed milk. I sometimes mix it into the coffee, or let it float on top like a milk cloud. Oh, and by the way, I use regular whole milk, you do not have to use 2% milk, but of course that is your option. It's very lightweight yet the grip feels solid and non-slip in your hand. I like the aqua marine color of the handle, the push button on/off control literally at a finger tip. It's really sleek in form and function.I recommend others get it and then consider giving it/recommending it to others. I saw some on YouTube actually using this with cold whipping cream to whip up small amounts of whipped cream. I don't know whether that's a company-approved ussage or not, but surely that would work and I might try that tonight!
