This product came nicely boxed and, so far, we haven’t seen any broken or melted cookies.Yes, they looked good enough to give some away! In fact, I liked them so much, I decided to order the milk chocolate variety. Keep a lookout for my review on that.These are delicious. The only problem was the mailman instead of bringing the package up to my house, hung the package on the mailbox, and the chocolate melted but they were tasty.I've been obsessed with these cookies for quite some time now. I absolutely LOVE the Bahlsen brand - the flavor is incredible, the price is beyond fair, and quality of the product is very high, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding! I can't praise them enough!A big shout out to Sabrina Valle. Sabrina - If I ever start my own company, i'm definitely hiring you as my VP of customer service! Thank you so much for a superb support!Good chocolate and cookie, but pricey. I use as occasionally as a treat.I use these for dessert after a big dinner for company. They never fail to get raves.The taste of the cookies is what I remember. However, the dark chocolate layer was actually a light brown and was uneven. I'm not sure how much the taste was affected, but visually, they were disappointing.The Dark chocolate is so velvety and delivers that premium richness of Belgian chocolate. Each cookie was fresh and maintained its structure to delivery. No broken Cookies on delivery! Definite value for money, although I would have loved 4 for the price :)I can't always find them in our grocery store, particularly the Baileys flavour. Being able to order them online when I have a craving is so convenient - maybe even too convenient:) The quality of the chocolate is very high compared to other brands. Really good cookies.
