I saw this band open for the Ramones in 1977 at the Golden Bear in Huntington Beach ,CA. My girlfriend and I enjoyed Milk 'N' Cookies much better than the Ramones. I never heard of the band again and had always wondered what became of them. Well, wonder no more! What a great box set with the book and the 3 LPs. I throughly love the music and am quite sad the band never broke. Especially with all the bad music that was going on at the time (Stynk, ELnO, Foreigner, Kansass, Jourknee, etc) Heaven help us all , with all that corporate AOR that was shoved down our throats through the radio at that time. Milk 'N' Cookies with its cheery power pop never had chance against flavor of the week garbage such as "Dust in the Wind" by Kansas. Of course neither did the Ramones. Buy this set and experience what I did as a 17 yr old who ventured out to hear the Ramones live in '77 and discovered so much more that night. Milk 'N' Cookies will bring a smile to your ears as you listen to "what might have been". You won't be disappointed .
